Studio Legale Fabiano has been founded by lawyer Nicola Fabiano in 1994 and currently is based in Foggia in Via Dante Alighieri n. 5 and office in Rome 00176) Via Luigi Tosti, 3. Nicola Fabiano is Civil Law Specialist and Counsel of the Italian High Courts. The professional activities (legal proceedings and within the framework of extrajudicial procedures) are conducted in Italy and abroad and, where necessary, may seek the cooperation of other professionals and consultants.
Studio Legale Fabiano provides consultancy for adaptations to GDPR standards and related training. Furthermore, the lawyer Nicola Fabiano acts as Data Protection Officer (RPD / DPO) and he is certified as a Data Protection Officer according to the UNI 11697: 2017 regulation.
