We provide this information according to the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), for those who consult the website www.fabiano.law. It should be noted that this information applies only to the Studio Legale Fabiano website and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

Legal basis for the processing
The processing of personal data by the Studio Legale Fabiano is based on consent – in accordance with the article 6, par. 1, lett. a) of the EU Regulation 2016/679 – expressed by the user by browsing this website and consulting it, thus accepting this information. The consent is not mandatory and the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time seding email to privacy@fabiano.law, stating that, in this case, in the absence of consent, some services may not be provided and browsing the website could be compromised.
The processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, providing information about the professional activity of the Studio Legale Fabiano, in accordance with the article 6, par. 1, lett. f) of the EU Regulation 2016/679, in compliance with the provisions of the same Regulation.

Browsing data – The user (data subject) can access this website and navigate within it through a web browser. Some data are necessary for surfing the Internet and could identify users through processing and association with data held by third parties. In particular, we intend to refer to the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to this website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, etc.
These data could be used for the sole purpose of anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for any responsibility in the hypothesis of computer crimes connected to this website. Data recipiens
We do not communicate personal data collected from this site following the consultation to recipients or categories of recipients.

Period for which the personal data will be stored
Apart from what is specified above, the data collected by this website during its operation are stored for the time strictly necessary for the activities specified. At the expiry date, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there are no further purposes for the storage of the same.
The data (IP address) used for site security (block attempts to damage the site) are stored for 30 days.
Data for analytics (statistics) purposes are stored in an aggregate form for 24 months.

Transferring personal data to a third country or international organisation
This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. Specific decisions of the European Union authorise transferring of personal data outside the European Union area, and specifically the decision of the European Commission no. 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield), and the provision of the Italian DPA (Garante), for which no further data subject’s consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Security measures
Visitor’s or user’s data are processed lawfully and correctly, by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or unauthorised destruction of data. Your data in the communication session with this website are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate that uses a cryptographic presentation protocol, encrypting the information. In addition to the controller, in some cases, persons autorised may have access to the data as involved in the organisation of the website or external subjects (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers).
